Job description

Greenbridge Recruitment is seeking a Principal Arboricultural Consultant / Arboricultural Lead for an exciting home-based role in Leeds / surrounding areas. 

About the job:

This is a great opportunity to secure a highly interesting and engaging role, as you'll be helping to build, grow and manage an Arboriculture function and team from the early stages of its re-implementation.

The Arboriculture service is poised and ready for growth, with plenty of work ready to be taken on, as the company itself is a long-established, national multi-disciplinary.

You will have the option to work from home on a full-time basis, or you may choose to work from one of the regional offices as often as you like.

The role will also involve

  • Preparation of tenders at the outset of a project
  • Promoting and further developing the arboricultural services
  • Providing specialist tree advice on a wide range of issues at all stages of development, particularly at the pre-planning design and application stages
  • Leading and managing junior members of staff

You'll have an excellent support structure in place, while also enjoying a great deal of autonomy, the ability to manage your own diary, and no micromanagement.

This company offers a simple and relaxed interview process via Teams meeting, and welcome informal conversations prior to any formal interview if desired.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary for this role is in the region of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE, negotiable for the right person.
