The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation strategy, ensuring competitiveness and fairness in our pay practices, and driving the annual compensation review process

  • <point>Oversee salary survey participation, perform complex data analysis, identify trends, and present findings to senior leadership.</point>
  • <point>Maintain and enhance the internal job library and salary structures, ensuring accuracy and relevance.</point>
  • <point>Provide expert advice on compensation matters, including upcoming job leveling projects, and partner with regional People Partners and recruiters to refine pay practices and develop competitive offers.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with the Workday team to ensure data integrity and optimize compensation-related processes.</point>
  • <point>Communicate our reward principles effectively to ensure organizational alignment.</point>

  • <point>Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and principles.</point>
  • <point>Analytical skills in Google Sheets and Excel (xlookup, pivot tables etc.)</point>
  • <point>Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems.</point>
  • <point>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English.</point>
  • <point>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and strong attention to detail.</point>
