Job Summary

 

This role will lead our team of subject matter experts across various critical IT domains, including Networking, Server, Datacenter, Citrix/VDI, Cloud, VMware, Nutanix, Telephony, and Voice. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale enterprise deployments and ensuring the strategic alignment of our infrastructure with business goals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of IT professionals specializing in Networking, Server Management, Datacenters, Citrix/VDI, Cloud Solutions, VMware, Nutanix, Telephony, and Voice.
  • Lead cloud migration projects, particularly on Azure, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee large enterprise-scale deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance infrastructure capabilities and integrate new technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing.
  • Liaise with senior management and stakeholders to report on project progress and align infrastructure developments with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure across the organization.
  • Serve as a key decision-maker in the selection and implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Resolve high-level challenges and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leading teams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution in IT operations.
  • Expertise in Cloud technologies, particularly Azure, with hands-on experience in leading cloud migration initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive high performance and potential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Proficient in the latest industry trends and technologies, including VMware, Nutanix, and modern telephony systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization.
