Position Overview: The RVP of Enterprise Sales will be a pivotal leader within Limble CMMS, responsible for driving enterprise sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our enterprise customer base, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The RVP will work closely with the executive team to shape the future of Limble’s enterprise sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the enterprise sales team. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent. Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to succeed.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise segment. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

  • Customer Engagement: Act as a senior point of contact for enterprise customers. Build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Oversee complex sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. Ensure contracts and agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS industry.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
