Your missions

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Meta Ads Strategist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps in launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis, while proactively recommending best practices and tracking performance challenges. The specialist prepares comprehensive reports using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions and maintains consistent communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

The Role

  • Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch; A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine what is and is not successful to drive business results
  • Independently optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
  • Proactively recommend new best practices to the client on recommended optimizations
  • Monitor, export, track, and identify common meta ads challenges, and proactively report on what is and is not working with the client
  • Build Excel or Google Sheets reports utilizing advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the client
  • Drive the testing of new ad copy and assets based on new products or services
  • Assist with the development of new ad channels as needed
  • Collect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams
  • Utilize instant messaging, video-calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with client

The Requirements

  • Meta Ads Experience: Over 3 years of experience in setting up, optimizing, and providing recommendations for ad campaigns based on data trends on Meta platforms.
  • KPI Analysis: Strong understanding of and experience in calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting Skills: Proficient in building comprehensive reports in Excel or Google Sheets to showcase real-time and historical paid media trends across campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Expertise in analyzing Meta ads data to make proactive recommendations for clients, adjusting campaigns and ads based on performance insights.
  • Budget Management and Communication: Skilled in monitoring and optimizing ad spend budgets, with fluent English communication skills and a track record of successful collaboration with U.S.-based clients through various communication channels.
  • Amenable to work 9a - 6p PST


Nice to Have:
  • Notion experience for team admin and project tracking
  • History of campaign work in the DTC ecom space
  • 1+ years of TikTok ads platform experience​​​​​​​
