About the Company:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns tailored for service-based companies.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Create and continuously test ad copy to improve ad performance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Execute and manage Google Ad activities including auditing, forecasting, optimizing campaign creation, testing and reporting for multiple clients

Client Communication:

  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Write clear and concise monthly reports detailing campaign activities, performance metrics, and business impact.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with clients to understand their goals and align campaign strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Working Hours :  9am-5pm PST

Salary :  $900 - 1500

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in lead generation for service-based industries.
  • Exceptional writing skills and high-level proficiency in English, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and client communications.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Software Proficiency:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and management.
  • Experience with task management tools for organizing and prioritizing workload.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with CallRail for call tracking and Looker Studio (Bonus) for advanced analytics and reporting.
