The Role:

• Design and create visually appealing and effective email templates and campaigns that align with the brand’s messaging and goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience and create email designs that resonate with them
• Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with various email clients and devices
• Secondary design tasks for ad sets, display ads, socials, landing pages, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital design experience
• Proficiency in the following design, motion graphics, and video editing software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong work across email template design and other marketing campaigns
• Experience using project management tools and ticketing systems such as Asana, Notion, Monday.com or similar tools
• Has graveyard shift experience in the last 6 months and amenable to work graveyard shift (US time zone to follow)

• Experience designing creative assets for fashion, lifestyle, design, jewelry or luxury goods is a huge plus
• Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication

Salary Range:  PHP 55,000 - 80,000 per month
