Your missions

A strategic finance and accounting firm that partners with CEOs and Management to provide finance and accounting solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Bookkeeper to join its dynamic team and help serve its client base.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, bank transactions, reconciliations, and other finance-related duties, for a variety of clients across multiple industries. What You'll Do

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable

Payroll and benefits processing

Paying expendituresBilling services

Recording income and deposits

Balancing accounts

Reconciling bank and credit card statements

Managing past-due accounts

Preparing financial statements

Managing payroll

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)

Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies

Perform month-end and year-end close

What You Need

Degree in Accounting

5-7 years experience with Quickbooks Online

Ability to utilize and maintain accounting-related software platforms (Bill.com, payroll provider platforms, SaaS Optics, etc.).

A minimum of 5 years of responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports.

Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and other critical success factors

Ability to deal with various personalities, cooperate with team members, and work under pressure.

Primary values must include objectivity, accuracy, patience, meticulous attention to detail, goal orientation, and quality output.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

Work from home.

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - EST.
