Job role

 

Managing existing Data Quality Tool (Service) and onboarding of remaining legal entities using SuccessFactors 

 

What will you do

 

•    Delivery management of monthly Data Quality Reports, conducted through Data Quality Tool (Service) considering the existent business rules and definition of HR KPIs to be measured
•    Management of changes in Data Quality Tool (i.e. new business rules, changes in dashboard) in alignment with Group People and Culture Product Houses
•    Customer management (including escalations) with employing entities
•    Onboarding management of new legal entities/employing entities to this service
•    Requirements Management for Business Validation Rules (Requirements descriptions, quality assurance of implementation, steering and communication of change rollout)
 

 

What you bring

 

•    Strong expertise in HR Information Systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central (EC) modules minimum.
•    Excellent in MS Excel, VBA, PowerBI, Alteryx, having strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
•    Proven ability to configure HR solutions, including business rule formulation and configurations.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills for navigating in complex matrix organisations and diverse cultural settings.
•    Effective in influencing stakeholders at various levels and facilitating meetings to secure buy-in for change initiatives.
•    Deadline-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and creative problem-solving abilities.

 

You have

 


•    Skilled in analysing business processes and translating outcomes into accessible language
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently.
•    Fluent in spoken and written English.
•    Background in generalist HR is considered a plus
