The job

Your primary focus will be Key Account Management driving forward strategic and tactical customer revenue generating activities/projects, selling as a primary focus software licenses and advisory services delivered via Stibo Systems Professional Service organization.


In addition to your main duties, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and account management of selected Customers within Stibo Systems Benelux portfolio as well as potential Customers in the DACH and UK regions. Travelling to customers from time to time is expected.

Moreover, you will:

  • Represent Stibo Systems in a Key Account Management role in relation to assigned Customers.
  • Establish customer stakeholder relationships from operational layer up to C-Level decision makers
  • Be commercially responsible for assigned customers (selling licenses, services and ensure ongoing support revenue)
  • Drive business development growth into existing assigned customers (e.g. drive analysis of customer business and IT needs and strategies and define Stibo Systems value proposition for respective customer)
  • Develop and execute Account Plans for key strategic customers and maintain opportunity pipeline and forecast in salesforce CRM/CLARI
  • Manage and moderate the whole sales process from opportunity identification up to deal closure
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

The Team

As member of the EMEA Account Management Team, you will be directly liaising with the multiple Stibo Systems departments (e.g. Sales Enablement, Customer Success Management, Product, Professional Services, Support, Legal and Finance teams). The team consists of 10 people in the EMEA region who is working with 250 enterprise customers.


Who we are looking for
You have excellent communication skills that gives you the ability to establish long lasting relationships with customers. You are ability to adapt to changes in fast moving environment, based on customer requirements.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience in “Hunting” and “Farming” sales roles with more than 5+ years’ experience with a proven track record
  • Enterprise and C-Level engagement experience (business and IT stakeholders)
  • Proven track record in successful Account Management (value add consultancy and business/ revenue development in software license and service sales)
  • Excellent skills and market knowledge in one or more of the following areas is a must have: Product Information Management, Master Data Management, eCommerce, Software as a Service
  • Experience in one of listed industries: Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, CPG
  • Experience to certain extend in business advisory and consultancy
  • Experience in using standard sales methodologies like Customer - Centric Selling or MEDDIC
  • Customer focused and team player
