Position Overview

As the Growth Engineering Team Lead at Panoptyc, you will spearhead initiatives that drive our company's growth through innovative engineering solutions. You will lead a talented team of engineers focused on developing and optimizing strategies that enhance our product offerings, improve user acquisition, and foster customer retention. This role combines technical expertise with a strategic vision to accelerate our expansion and impact.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of growth engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Set clear goals, track progress, and guide to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with Panoptyc’s business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data analytics, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.

  • Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Leadership:

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of growth-related features and tools that drive user engagement and acquisition.

  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of growth engineering solutions.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor key growth metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate growth performance, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Understand customer needs and pain points to develop solutions that enhance their experience and drive long-term loyalty.

  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in growth engineering, product management, or a similar role with a strong track record of driving successful growth initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing engineering teams, focusing on mentorship and team development.

  • Expertise in growth hacking techniques, data analysis, and performance optimization.

  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies relevant to growth engineering.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Details
  • Location: Remote, preferably from India, the Philippines, Brazil, or India

  • Status: Full-time, at least 40 hours per week

  • Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time

  • Rate: Starting from $8/hr

  • Setup: Contract-to-hire, after a paid trial period (2-weeks max)
