What We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented P2P Team Leader to perform and coordinate accounting duties for the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) stream within the Welltech Group Accounting team.

To be successful in the role, you should have a solid working knowledge of accounting principles and payments process. An outstanding candidate should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the accounts payable team (i.a. supplier invoices postings, payments processing, employee expenses processing, intercompany reconciliations, bank reconciliations etc.) while overseeing and enhancing team performance

• Participating in preparing of financial statements, financial analyses and reports for Group entities within P2P area

• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts for P2P stream

• Assisting with annual audit preparations

• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

• Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve issues related to invoice processing and payment activities

• Proactively driving standardization and continuous improvement of processes 

• Guiding the team on best practices

• Performing other accounting duties within the accounts payable area and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

Required skills

• Higher education in accounting - nice to have

• 4+ years of P2P accounting experience 

• People management experience

• English knowledge – advanced level

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and stress management skills

• Ability to work with little supervision in dynamic environment

• Knowledge of Workday system – strong benefit

• Experience in IT industry – nice to have

• ACCA qualification – nice to have
