Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and implementation of community-focused programs for nonprofit clients, focusing on community and minority health initiatives.
· Manage grants, programs, and contracts for nonprofit organizations, ensuring efficient execution and compliance.
· Provide strategic guidance and direction for healthcare programs, aligning them with the goals and objectives of our nonprofit clients.
· Oversee program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to maximize impact and effectiveness.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit clients and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and partnership.
· Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes.
· Mentor and support a team of program managers and project teams, providing guidance and expertise.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's in public health/healthcare preferred.
· 4-6+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a focus on community and population health.
· Proven track record of writing and securing grants for nonprofit organizations.
· Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, regulations, and compliance standards.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with nonprofit clients and internal teams.
· Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and engagements.
