Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with prospective residential or C&I clients regularly to comprehensively understand their needs, both in terms of technical specifications and financial considerations.
  • Gather and disseminate market intelligence from the field to inform and refine residential or C&I sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, ensuring the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant databases are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to devise and execute strategies aimed at positioning LONGi's products and brand as premier offerings within the residential sector.
  • Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in client events, addressing specific customer requests, and facilitating activities that reinforce and cultivate strong client relationships. This may involve on-site visits to assess installations alongside clients.
  • Capitalize on the unique features and strengths of our products and services to meet customer needs and foster enduring partnerships.
  • Innovate and propose creative solutions tailored to residential clients, ensuring their evolving requirements are met while nurturing long-term associations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing intricate contractual negotiations involving various stakeholders, preferably within the PV module or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in value-based selling and crafting comprehensive account development strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English.
