Your missions

Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!

Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals.

Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.

The Supply Planning Team´s mission in air up is to match Supply and Demand. Iteratively, on a monthly basis, we bring together our demand plan, a view of the existing stocks in our network, and a holistic view of how each category is developing to create a view of the requirements from a supply perspective.

As a Supply Planner your role will be to manage our supply requirements for your categories as well as to plan inbound of these to our warehouses and manage the correct levels of stock in each location. You will also take a longer term view to plan our longer term capacity, identify long-term bottlenecks in our production and make proposals to address those.

Deliverables:
  • Produce a monthly Supply Plan for the suppliers from the managed categories.
  • Maintain a forward stock plan per warehouse of the managed categories.
  • Manage excess stocks together with the sales organization as part of our regular (currently weekly) stock governance process.
  • Obtain, manage and share all the information relative to your categories longer term development, including timelines for new capacity introduction, leadtimes for new products or simply existing leadtimes and MOQs for existing SKUs.
  • Take an active role in managing the category. Liaise with Procurement, Quality, Brand & Portfolio and other internal teams to define the short, medium and long term strategy for your category.

Who you are:
  • Experienced Supply Chain Professional with 5+ years working in Supply Planning and/or Supplier Operational Management.
  • Highly quantitative with a focus on making decisions based on data and the ability to make clearly quantified proposals.
  • Experienced in managing large and complex data sets, maintaining adequate governance and traceability of decision processes.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships from a planning perspective. Clear understanding of the constraints of manufacturing partners and impact of tier 2 supplier constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills and an obsession to keep stakeholders informed. Able to steer and orchestrate the work of other areas in the business.
