Head of Engineering

Track24 Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Engineering to lead our team of talented engineers in building and scaling our location intelligence software, AtlasNXT. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a crucial role alongside our CPTO and Head of Product in shaping the future of AtlasNXT and iterating against our development strategy.

AtlasNXT is a cutting-edge safeguarding and communications SaaS platform that is designed to revolutionise the way organisations protect, inform, and engage their teams. Built using Elixir, AtlasNXT offers a scalable and innovative solution for organisations worldwide.

This role will involve both technical leadership, as well as people management, and will focused mainly on Leading Infrastructure Design and Architecture, Working with our team of Elixir and Flutter Engineerings, as well as DevOps and ongoing Support and Maintenance of both AtlasNXT and our Legacy Systems

Requirements

• Strong experience in the delivery of enterprise SaaS products, including sound leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience applying Infrastructure and DevOps methodologies in challenging deployment environments
• Experience of delivering to multi-vendor, multi-region cloud deployments and on-premises deployments from a single pipeline
• Strong exposure, experience, or strong knowledge of VM-based deployments, and some development experience in Elixir (or other BEAM languages, Erlang etc) is essential
• Strong, demonstrable experience managing a team of remote Engineers in a similar leadership role
• Experience of sourcing, onboarding and managing a variety of global vendors 
• Experience overseeing and managing engineering related compliance documents, and processes (including but not limited to, ISO27001)
