The Team and Role:

The CSC Commercial Collaboration Manager Europe reports to the Head of Customer & Commercial Collaboration, Europe and sits within Logitech Global Operations & Supply Chain.

In this newly created, critical role you will be the SPOC for our Commercial Sales Organisation in Europe. You will be assessing, designing and implementing, aligned professional communications, information/data exchanges, the collaboration and education and ultimately driving towards a more self service atmosphere for our Commercial Sales Organisation in Europe. You will be supporting the overall E2E Supply Chain process through joint business planning, scorecarding and tracking with our internal partners, with key focus on Revenue Optimisation, Sales Operations and Execution planning and KPI’s.

You will actively manage internal expectations of inventory availability and promotional activities. You will communicate Commercial Sales Organisation needs and requirements to supply chain partners to facilitate inventory planning and revenue generation. You will be looking to minimise channel imbalance, enable improved inventory levels, minimise out of stock risks as well as improve KPI performance.

This is a leadership level role within our organisation, and although there are no direct reports, you are expected to be able to lead, influence and inspire cross functionally, at multiple levels of the organisation.

- Active partnerships with our European Commercial Organisation, Customer Supply Chain Teams and other business partners are essential.
- Quick thinking in identifying revenue bottlenecks/challenges and seeks out opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies.  Tactically develop and support cost savings initiatives to drive continuous improvement of key supply chain metrics - cost, service, inventory and cycle time.
- Work with Commercial teams to ensure their business projects are fulfilled from a stock and service perspective.
- Collaborate with strategically important indirect customers to enable increased service for our direct partners. 
- Lead and coordinate the exchange of information for promotional events between European Commercial Organisation and Customer Supply Chain and it’s partners.
- To monitor and minimise channel imbalance, enable improved inventory levels, minimise OOS risks as well as improve key KPI performance on a country level.
- Explore the benefit of forecasting at a country/customer level and provide business case internally.
- Educate and support the wider organisation using business experience and knowledge.


Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- 5 - 7 years’ experience in supply chain management preferably in consumer electronics industry;

- Proven  planning, organisation, analytical, presentation, and execution skills

- Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English

- Proven experience within international business environments

- Strong in Excel and/or Tableau skills

- Kinaxis experience preferred

- Demonstrate decision making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information

- Ability to  multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail

- Ability to translate complex situations into simplicity

- Analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development and implementation

- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative

- Strong Relationship building & Influencing skills across various levels in the organization.

- Excellent service mindset

- Good communications skills and judgement

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain

- Management, Engineering or similar discipline
