Job Description

As Area Channel Sales Executive dedicated to a specific geographical area (Balkan countries, Greece and other eastern countries), your main objective will be to develop VusionGroup's sales within the assigned territory. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Define strategy and market potential for each country of the area 
  • Recruit, train and monitor the activity of partners in order to achieve sales goals on your perimeter 
  • Actively participae in answers to tenders and develop commercial proposals in close collaboration with internals departments
  • Develop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest level
  • Participate in client events or trade shows

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
  • 4/5 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Proven track record in attaining/exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
  • Ability to effectively drive sales partners 
  • Ability to understand clients needs and add value
  • High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
  • Fluent english level, another language is a plus
