Job description

We are looking for a Product Analyst to help us map and understand new improvements for our team. Your responsibilities include gathering feedback from various sources to continuously improve user experience and customer satisfaction, analyzing metrics and interpreting data trends, handling production issues, and working closely with the development team. You will identify areas for process improvements and automation, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand process challenges, and create process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the RecargaPay ecosystem and be able to identify and communicate the impact of features and product releases across the product.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including functionalities, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Conduct stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, planning, and other meetings as needed to execute product requirements.
  • Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Define and communicate the overarching vision, objectives, goals, and minimum viable product (MVP) requirements.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to develop new solutions.
  • Specify and refine requirements—from conception to launch—working closely with engineering (and other functions depending on the domain, such as design, data science, credit, finance).
  • Assist in the creation and management of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partner areas through fluid communication.
  • Measure and monitor product metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to help the product team understand trends, market dynamics, and user behaviors.
  • Design A/B experiments to guide product direction with iterative innovation and measurement.
  • Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, and long-term trend investigations.
  • Analyze market data, trends, and behaviors.
  • Work closely with the Product team.
  • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.
  • Refine and prioritize the backlog.
  • Develop user stories and help shape the product vision and roadmap.
  • Define sprint goals.
  • Write acceptance tests.
  • Plan releases and updates.
  • Ensure product delivery is of the highest quality.
  • Track work progress and resolve production issues during sprints.
  • Analyze user preferences and requests.
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and customer feedback.
  • Verify and analyze metrics and conversion rates daily.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in Digital Payments.
  • Experience with Pix payment arrangement and BACEN documentation.
  • Experience with A/B testing, tracking, and reporting relevant metrics.
  • Familiarity with Agile is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of BI/Reporting tools.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision to strategically prioritize responsibilities with good judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • English or Spanish is a plus.
