Your missions

Position: Civil Engineering Estimator

Location: Laval (remote work 2 days per week after training)

Salary: Starting from $65,000 per year or more based on your education and experience

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Estimate, analyze, and evaluate projects in the civil engineering field
  • Read and analyze plans, specifications, and addenda
  • Calculate the quantities required for the project
  • Obtain and analyze prices from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepare the bid
  • Travel to project sites, attend client meetings and/or construction site meetings


Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in civil engineering, construction engineering, or electrical engineering (or any combination of relevant education and experience)
  • Good ability to read plans and specifications
  • Attention to detail and good priority management
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Good oral and written French
