Job Description

We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer to support our clients in defining and implementing innovative and exciting IT transformations. Join great multinational team that will be working among other ITSM module. The team consists of 7 people and a Team Leader.

Your Responsibilities


  • Managing enhancements process for ServiceNow application.
  • Development of a new requirement or fix a bug
  • Responsible for ServiceNow application environment, architecture, performance, security, stability
  • Incident and Request tickets assigned to the BAU team
  • Be involved in the proposal solution in case of new requirement
  • Do problem determination in case of issue
  • Managing development process for ServiceNow application
  • Coordinating Release Management for ServiceNow application
  • Managing Administration of ServiceNow instances
  • Managing upgrades of ServiceNow Instances


Our Requirements


  • CMDB skills
  • Java skills (integration is running using java)
  • Knowledge of the database SQL, MySQL or Oracle
  • Experience in HAM module and SAM module will be beneficial
  • 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Advanced English
