We are actively hiring experienced Associates and Senior Associates to join our growing Recruiting and Sales team. We specialize in Direct placement for Sales, Engineering, Marketing, HR and more in the Building Products and Commercial Interior Products industry.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Agency Recruiting experience
  • Cold calling experience
  • Strong phone presence & the ability to engage with C-suite professionals in the building materials industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills

Day in the Life of a Recruiter:

  • Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using internal CRM, market research, data Sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts during calls
  • Cold & warm call prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that are currently available with our clients
  • Qualify and align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and a ‘best fit’ for the opening
  • Continually pre-close and close the candidate on the opportunity for which they are being presented
  • Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing.
