About the role

In this role, you will create engaging and research-backed relationship content for the Paired app that brings couples closer together. You’ll be working closely with our in-house editorial team, freelance content writers, product managers, and creative marketing team to build content our couples love, trust and rely on.

  • Be a content strategist. Manage a robust editorial calendar based on knowledge of sex and relationship challenges and stressors, user insights, data, analytics and trends. Prioritise content based on user needs, proven performance and guiding content principles
  • Be an innovator. Lead ideation sessions, create new content features and products to help drive forward content and company mission
  • Be a risk taker. Place bets, learn and make improvements for the greater good of the user
  • Be a user advocate. Have deep empathy for customers and their needs from our content and product

  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to receiving and sharing feedback on editorial content
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage end-to-end processes and keep tabs on multiple projects at once
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • A valid UK passport or working permit (no sponsorship requirements)

Benefits

  • Monthly salary between £5,000-5,400
