Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a smart, coachable, and energetic Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can start as an EA but has the potential to grow into a Chief of Staff role. This role involves supporting various companies and personal tasks for the hiring manager. The candidate will work across different companies and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Development: Build and maintain automation processes using Make.com, Zapier, Pipedream, and custom scripting in JavaScript and Python.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the hiring manager.
  • Task Management: Assist in managing personal tasks and professional duties across various companies.
  • Communication: Handle communication via email, Slack, and Zoom calls.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
  • English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of administrative tools and software; photo and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable internet and power to ensure consistent work performance.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with photo and video editing software.
