Job description

 We are seeking a Regional Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing strategy and execution in Japan and Korea. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, brand, and product, where you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for new product features, developing feature positioning and branding, and collaborating with global product and marketing teams to drive app growth and feature adoption.

This position is ideal for someone who is results-oriented and collaborative, with an intuitive understanding of balancing brand, business, and user experience to achieve results. We are looking for an individual who can develop new processes and foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, communications, and insights teams to scale growth and enhance our in-app brand experience.

In this role you will:
  • Own go-to-market strategy to drive new feature adoption, including: Partner with brand, product, and creative teams to develop product feature strategy, including naming, positioning, and content.
  • Collaborate with global marketing & CRM teams to identify user opportunities and develop/execute marketing strategies.
  • Build new processes to strengthen collaboration and coordination between the product, localization, and marketing teams.
  • Act as the voice of the consumer and a strong brand steward staying close with in-app user behavior and pain points
  • Elevate users  in-app experience: Find ways to bring brand values and brand personality to life within the app, working closely with product, CRM, brand, DEI, and creative teams.
  • Work closely with the product growth team and global PMM team to influence a roadmap for innovation development.

  • What we’re looking for:
  • 6+ years of experience working in product marketing, leading full-funnel go-to-market strategies, preferably in consumer tech and mobile apps
  • Ability to get results in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • A proactive, results-oriented spirit who can pair analytical thinking with strong, project management skills
  • Shown ability to deliver well-branded, delightful consumer experiences and marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Passion for the user experience, able to advocate for consumer needs and develop consumer segmentation
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with an ability to express high-level concepts efficiently and optimally to a wide range of audiences
  • Highly collaborative and creative. Capable of leading cross-functional teams (especially product, marketing teams) to produce innovative solutions
  • Proficiency with key business and marketing analytics
  • Experience working with dispersed global teams is a plus.
