How you'll create impact

Partner Ecosystem Management
- Nurture Partner Relationships
- Establish regular meeting cadences with partners to foster strong relationships.
- Set up dedicated communication channels (e.g., Slack) to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Organize partner events to enhance rapport and build your relationships.
- Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture and engage current partners.
- Promote new products and special offers to maximize portfolio submissions.

Own Partner Education
- Organize informative sessions (Lunch and Learns) to educate partners about Okendo's full platform offerings.
- Ensure partners have a comprehensive understanding of Okendo's capabilities.
- Represent Okendo on webinars and in-person events to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.

Drive Revenue
- Effectively manage the partner portfolio, ensuring maximum yield from partner-driven deals.
- Evaluate and measure performance metrics including Closed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), new partner acquisitions, partner churn, total leads, emails, meetings, and events.
- Implement strategies to incentivize partners to ascend tiers within the partnership program.

Prospecting, Outreach, and Lead Tracking
- Identify and research potential partners and their services.
- Execute targeted outreach to engage partner prospects.
- Conduct comprehensive product demos for new partners, providing an overview of the tool and integrations.
- Monitor referred leads as they progress through the sales pipeline.
- Partner closely with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth transition from lead to active customer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including success, sales, and marketing, to identify and leverage opportunities for promoting Okendo.

What we need from you:
  • 3+ years in partnership management and within eCommerce technology, digital marketing or development agency ecosystem.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus.

  • Provide ongoing enablement and training to Agency Partner teams
  • Assist with coordination of Agency Partner related events, webinars, and other co-marketing activities
  • Actively source opportunities for Okendo feature in Agency Partner-organized initiatives

  • 1-Year Success
  • Continue to grow the Agency Partner referral engine
  • Work closely with GTM teams for Agency Partner enablement around new integration and product releases
  • Grow overall awareness of the Okendo product through the Agency Partner Network
