Location: Remote (Philippine residents only)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Fractional CFO based in the Philippines to work remotely with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO for U.S.-based companies, and must hold a CPA certification. This role requires exceptional English communication skills and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes while collaborating closely with clients in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to our clients' growth and long-term objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to U.S.-based clients to support business decisions and enhance financial performance.

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Ensure accuracy, compliance with U.S. regulations, and timely delivery of financial information to clients.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, including financial forecasting and variance analysis. Monitor and adjust financial strategies based on performance metrics and client needs.

  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity for clients. Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash flow and mitigate financial risks.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and address financial risks. Create and implement risk management strategies to protect client interests and ensure financial stability.

  • Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to improve operational efficiency. Implement best practices in financial management to drive effectiveness and reduce costs.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for financial matters with clients, including investors, board members, and senior management. Provide clear and effective communication of financial strategies and performance.

  • Team Leadership: Offer guidance and support to finance teams within client organizations, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Residency: Must be a resident of the Philippines.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a CFO for U.S.-based companies. Proven track record of managing financial operations, strategy, and reporting in a U.S. business environment.

  • Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA certification is required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional English communication skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English. Capable of clearly articulating financial concepts and strategies to U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Work Schedule: This is a remote position with a schedule based on client needs and their time zones. Flexibility is required to accommodate different time zones and meeting times as necessary.
