Responsibilities:
Manage technical support issues for Microtel Solutions.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and isolate raised issues effectively.
Interpret process/program specifications and translate them into program codes following program guidelines and best practices.
Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative solutions that address the company's technical requirements.
Assist in integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test, and implementation activities.
Conduct research on project-related topics when necessary.
Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficient in technology, including ASP .NET 7.0 or above, .Net Core, and C#.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL programming and administration.
Knowledge of Node.JS and TypeScript is advantageous.
Embrace a Security by Design approach.
Follow best practices in RESTful web API design.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with OpenID Connect (OIDC).
