About Product.
We're the AI-team, making an AI-powered digital employee product. These are agents that will fulfill the roles of employees that our customers will hire. For example, an analyst who knows how to write SQL and provide reports; a marketer who understands how to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and advertising and so on.

About Role.
You will to embed in the product team and help them evaluate the impact of features before development, test solutions, and collect feedback from users.
The product team is small but ambitious, so the researcher will be a full-fledged participant in all processes and will directly influence the decisions made.

Tasks you you will solve:
  • Conducting product research (mainly UX and CX) from formulating research questions to preparing reports and communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated).
  • In-depth interviews.
  • Prepare and run user surveys.
  • Working with secondary data (HotJar recordings, in-call feedback, product analytics).
  • Prepare reports and conduct clear presentations based on research results, create knowledge bases.
  • Regular market research and competitors.

  • Experience we expect:
  • 2+ years of experience as a product researcher.
  • Experience working on B2B data products.
  • Experience of researches for Data Companies / Data Products.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative researchers.
  • Educational background in psychology, sociology, or marketing.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level.
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics.
