Zendesk’s Scaled Marketing team is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term revenue and engagement growth for Zendesk through innovative, personalized, and scalable marketing programs. 

We are seeking a talented and creative content specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving engagement and growth through effective copywriting and content creation, while supporting our overall marketing strategies. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for various stages of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

  • Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences and create content that caters to their needs and preferences.

  • Craft compelling email copy, blog posts, videos, and other marketing collateral that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and publication of marketing materials.

  • Analyze the performance of content through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine content strategies.

  • Work closely with designers and multimedia specialists to produce visually appealing and cohesive content.

  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content efforts with broader business goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience.

  • Proven experience in content creation, especially within integrated lifecycle marketing programs.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

  • Ability to understand customer personas and create content and videos that resonate with different target audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills to track content performance and make data-driven optimizations.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that drive engagement.

  • Basic knowledge of design principles and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
