mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the GovTech sector, we are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to do:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and interacting with followers.
  • Email Marketing: Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other events to promote our solutions and engage with industry professionals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support of marketing initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French-speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (SalesForce), and Content Management System (WordPress) software.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes would be an asset.
