Your missions

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative marketer who thrives in performance-based environments and has a passion for lead generation, tracking results, and scalability. You will be responsible for creating compelling ad content, brand assets, managing multi-channel campaigns, and developing detailed tracking dashboards. Your role will also involve supporting our marketing department with various tasks that drive overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing, including lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Expertise in marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and email marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and offer actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and other relevant platforms.
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule. Let’s bridge time zones together.
  • Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Ad Management:
    Develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and messaging that drive conversions across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Performance-Based Marketing:
    Execute, track, and optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on performance, ROI, and scalability. Identify opportunities for growth through data-driven insights.
  • Lead Generation:
    Leverage expert knowledge of lead generation platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads, to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the funnel.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Manage email lists, A/B test subject lines and content, and monitor performance metrics to enhance engagement.
  • CRM Management:
    Use tools like HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns, track leads, and ensure smooth integration of marketing and sales processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Build and maintain detailed tracking and reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance. Provide insights and regular updates to the marketing team, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI. Implement A/B testing and creative adjustments as needed.
  • General Tasks:
    Assist the marketing team with daily tasks such as preparing promotional materials, service launches, maintaining databases, and supporting content development initiatives.
  • Collaborative Marketing Efforts:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure alignment on objectives and key marketing initiatives.
