Your mission
Junior Functional Support Engineer in MarTech
 
Location: Hybrid: at home, at the client, and at the Macaw office in Hoofddorp
Hours: 32 – 40 
 
As a Functional Support Engineer, you ensure that our customers are ready for the future by supporting and advising them on their MarTech solutions and services. You will mainly work for Heineken, not only their global teams, but all their local markets around the world. 
 

The role
 

You play a coordinating role when it comes to registering and monitoring all work related to the MarTech solutions and services in our portfolio. You work in a small team of enthusiastic colleagues, each with a specific technical background ranging from frontend expertise to UX and domain and certificate management.
In your role, you will integrate and manage a variety of marketing platforms and services, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations. You stay ahead of industry trends, are continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
 
Skills & experience
  • You have excellent communication skills and are customer and service oriented. You are proactive and punctual. 
  • You are eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile;
  • You have perfect communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of IT (Domain Name System, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Google Apps services);
  • Experience with DNS is a big plus!
