We are Looking for:
The Ops manager will play a critical role across social marketing operations, security, and governance, and act as the primary POC and problem solver for the social channel managers across our clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage social marketing operations & governance globally, acting as the primary point of contact for all social marketers.
  • Partner with internal & external teams to optimize and implement a best-in-class channel safety program. 
  • Create and maintain onboarding processes, security protocols, platform guides, and more. 
  • Support Marketer queries and communications related to channel safety, trademark infringements, and registration of social channels
  • Support staff onboarding and offboarding of social channels
  • Oversee incoming requests and inquiries from our client coming in to team alias on a daily basis and triage as needed to support teams globally. 
  • Onboard our client teams and supporting agencies to social media platforms and publishing & engagement tooling
  • Be the point of contact for social channel security & governance; update security requirements as needed and assist new users / teams in securely setting up social accounts as needed. Work with platform reps and support teams to support platform specific needs. 



Qualifications and Experience:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with social account management and set up, including LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), X/Twitter, etc.
  • Excellence in execution, agility, and detail management. Ability to balance multiple workstreams in a highly fast-paced environment, while maintaining excellent & timely communication. 
  • Experience with security management for social channels 
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies, clearly documenting work and enablement tools including guidelines 
  • Creativity: You like to think big but know how to scope appropriately then execute effectively. You frequently "think outside the box" when facing challenges/problems. 
  • Initiative: You are highly motivated, hard working, and take the lead on projects easily - and all with a strategic mindset. 
  • Excellence in execution & agility: You’re able to balance multiple workstreams in a highly fast-paced environment. You also have a great attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position $105,000-$115,000.
