This is a remote position.

Themis Recruit are thrilled to share a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join our clients Spinal Injury Team, where you will work closely with Aspire, a charity dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals affected by spinal cord injuries arising from accidents or medical negligence. 

The successful candidate will primarily manage a caseload of spinal cord injury claims arising from medical negligence. You will be expected to collaborate with senior solicitors on more complex cases. This role offers fantastic opportunities for professional development and the chance to become a specialist in spinal cord injury claims.

Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in medical negligence claims.
  • Prior exposure to spinal cord injury claims is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ideally, 2-6 years of post-qualification experience or readiness for an Associate-level role.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients undergoing challenging times.
  • Proactive approach to work and willingness to support the team as needed.
  • Remote/Flexible working available
