Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution and Excellence:

  • Engage with customers to identify digital transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to close end-to-end sales.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, including webinars.
  • Define marketing priorities for the Modern Work area.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Teams, Sharepoint, Viva, Power Platform, PureView, Copilot for M365).
  • Lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on sales opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Complete required training and certifications.
  • Identify high-potential customers through account planning.
  • Participate in resource planning for project execution.

Scaling and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Account Managers to sell and deliver solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Work with Microsoft representatives for joint value delivery.
  • Orchestrate resources to support customer engagements and accelerate deal closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and competitive knowledge.
  • Envision and promote company offerings in the Modern Work area.
  • Lead technical demonstrations to showcase Microsoft solutions.
  • Address technical objections and guide customers through implementation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • 3+ years of technology-related sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies in the Modern Work area.
  • Experience in enterprise solution selling and stakeholder management.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are an additional asset.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Sharepoint, Viva, Power Platform, PureView, Copilot for M365.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation through innovative technology solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
