As the Product Growth Manager for our In-App Content Platform, you will be at the forefront of driving user adoption and engagement. You will leverage your expertise in growth marketing and product management to develop and execute strategies that enhance the user experience and optimize the customer onboarding experience through upsell. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing advanced tools such as Appcues, Intercom, and Segment, and employing data-driven approaches to ensure the platform's success. Your primary goal will be to drive user onboarding, activation, retention, and upsell, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of our product. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive adoption and engagement of the Product using our in-app content platform. 
  • Conduct user analysis to identify key opportunities for growth and improvement. 
  • Collaborate with product development and strategy teams to focus on feature adoption that will drive customers to activate. 
  • Analyze user data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Monitor user engagement with in-app content to optimize flows and journeys to drive retention. 
  • Create product videos that emphasize the value proposition of features. 
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in Growth Strategy channels across company to help drive activation, adoption, and retention through coordinated efforts. 
  • Create and present regular reports on growth metrics and initiatives to stakeholders. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related role. 
  • Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement using digital adoption tools. 
  • Experience in using growth and analytics tools such as Appcues, Intercom, Segment, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Fullstory or similar platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Understanding of product release cycles. 
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in product-led growth and customer journey optimization. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
