The Role – HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue to deliver an outstanding service to our clients, where you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the reliability of all electrical systems and infrastructure across the site. Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Regularly inspect and evaluate the condition of HVAC systems, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate corrective actions
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks (PPM) on HVAC systems and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
  • Perform efficient troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems and components, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum comfort for occupants
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for HVAC systems, scheduling regular inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with other systems, such as electrical and plumbing, as they relate to HVAC operations
  • Respond promptly to repair and restore HVAC systems that have unexpectedly failed, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations
  • Respond to HVAC-related emergencies, including temperature control issues and air quality concerns, to maintain a comfortable and safe environment

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective facility operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for HVAC systems
  • Stay updated on HVAC industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements
  • Uphold safety and environmental regulations and guidelines related to HVAC operations
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior HVAC technicians as needed
