National Account Manager - Technology Solutions Division (TSD)

The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue related to Sangoma Cloud products and services sold through the Technology Solutions Broker/Master Agent program (TSB). The National Account Manager will identify new resellers/agents to recruit, develop, and expand relationships with agents and respective channel managers. This includes product training, sales support, and opportunity management. The National Account Manager must be able to travel as needed.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive TSB and sub-agent revenue.
  • Coordinate with sub-agents and channel managers to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Provide necessary resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide web/on-site demonstration of Sangoma products as needed.
  • Educate TSB about the tools and programs to ensure their success.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with TSB/TSD to assess performance, address issues, and set sales goals.
  • Document and manage all activities and communications in the Salesforce system.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Negotiate TSD/TSB contracts
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and improve channel sales strategies.


Your Background:

  • Proven experience working with TSD/TSBs within Unified communications (UCaaS/CCaaS)
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven channel sales experience in UC and telephony, with at least two years working with TSB/TSD.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Required experience in Unified Communications (UC) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and GSuite.
  • Proficient in Safesforce.com (Required)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
