It has since evolved into a leading owner and incubator of premium craft spirit and cider brands, including mezcal, tequila, cider, and liqueurs.

They are a leading player in the alcohol distribution industry, known for its exceptional products and services. They are currently seeking a dedicated and conscientious Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage bill back portals in NetSuite with a strong mathematical aptitude.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
• Review and analyze aging reports to ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Support the finance team in audits and other financial reviews.
• Implement and maintain accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proven accounts receivable experience.
• Intermediate experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required).
• Experience in the distribution industry, with a strong preference for those with alcohol distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
