Your missions

We are seeking a Channel National Accounts Manager to join our North American Commercial Sales Team at Fluke Corporation. As a sales professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage key channel accounts, delivering exceptional sales results, and cultivating strong relationships with channel partners across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth across a diverse set of channel distribution accounts
  • Lead joint partner planning process to develop mutual objectives and financial targets
  • Strengthen connections with important clients and implement strategic plans for revenue expansion
  • Implement company channel policy and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity
  • Establish productive relationships with partner accounts and coordinate company resources
  • Meet sales volume targets and drive POS growth along with managing inventory data

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Channel Management or Sales Management in electrical / industrial / test & measurement segments and experience in working with Electrical Distributors preferred
  • Strong strategic sales and analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels and communicate effective growth strategies
  • Comfort with taking calculated risks to exceed growth targets
  • Negotiation skills leading to mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing (equivalent experience accepted)

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 88,300.00 - 163,900.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
