Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, 8+ years of experience in MQ administration, Experience in installing/upgrading/customizing MQ software products, Strong analytical skills and SMPE knowledge, Ability to develop strategies and best practices in software management.
Key responsabilities:
- Timely customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers related to MQ TS/TM and OEM software
- Support reported problems, customer migrations, disaster recovery services, and ITSM change control procedures
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with customers and management
- Assist in project manager tasks for customer migration
- Follow procedures efficiently and provide primary support on a 24x7 basis
