What You’ll Work On

Work across the stack to build iterative solutions

Design scalable and resilient member data import

pipelines to be able to handle exponential member growth with confidence.

Design and build solutions to leverage technology to

improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce overhead in labor-intensive

processes

Design data models and workflows to store and use

complex and highly configurable data.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to make

sure we're building the right solutions for the right problems.

Move fast, rapidly prototype solutions, and work across

the stack

Contribute to our microservices

architecture that runs our product.

What We’re Looking For

• A BS or MS in Computer Science or related
  
  

field

• 5+ years of software engineering work
  
  

Experience

• 5+ years of Java development
  
  

work Experience

• 1+ years of Javascript development work
  
  

Experience

• Experience with DBs - SQL / NoSQL
• Experience with Heroku or AWS
• Understanding of modern backend
  
  

framework(s) such asSpring Boot, Hibernate and any Search framework

• Proficient with RESTful web development and
  
  

client-server architecture

• Understanding Docker and Kubernetes
• Already worked with CI and Git
• Thoughtful, detailed
  
  

communication style through code and design reviews

Previous startup experience is a plus

• Experience working in an agile environment
  
  

with multiple partners
