Your missions

At eBay, we're more than a global ecommerce leader — we’re changing the way the world shops and sells. Our platform empowers millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world. We’re committed to pushing boundaries and leaving our mark as we reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts.

Our customers are our compass, authenticity thrives, bold ideas are welcome, and everyone can bring their unique selves to work — every day. We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.

Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.

About the team and the role:

Goldin Auctions, now part of the eBay family, is a leader in the sports collectibles and memorabilia industry, providing a platform for collectors and enthusiasts to buy and sell high-value items. We are committed to authenticity, innovation, and creating an engaging experience for our customers. At Goldin Auctions, we are passionate about the hobby and dedicated to making the joy of collecting accessible to everyone. Join us in shaping the future of the collectibles market.

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sr. Product Manager to join our team at eBay, working specifically on the Goldin Auctions platform. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing Goldin’s product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve the customer experience and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and a passion for collectibles.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in the alternative assets space, crafting and advocating for a product strategy that enhances investment and collecting experiences, driven by customer needs, business goals, market trends, and competitor insights.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, and business units to successfully deliver on the product roadmap.

  • Establish key success metrics, regularly report on product performance, insights, and risks to eBay leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

  • Gain the trust of the Collectibles and Goldin engineering teams by deeply understanding backend systems and driving technical decisions that unblock feature development.

  • Take ownership of the fintech and alternative assets ecosystem, ensuring that the voices of collectors and investors are at the forefront of all product decisions across eBay.

What You Will Bring:

  • 7 + years experience in product management or strategy consulting, preferably within the fintech, alternative assets, collecting, or investing spaces.

  • Proven ability to define and execute complex product roadmaps through effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Thrive in an ambiguous environment, influence without authority, and make informed tradeoffs based on incomplete data.

  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and delivering high-quality customer experiences using a structured, customer-centric, and data-driven approach.

  • Exhibit eBay’s core values of customer obsession, innovation, and inclusion by driving results, collaborating effectively, and utilizing customer insights to inform product decisions.
