We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Retail Specialists to join our BRAND NEW MECCA MORNINGTON store and help bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers every day!

We are seeking expressions of interest for the roles below:

• Colour Specialists

• Skin Specialists

• Fragrance Specialists

• Operations Specialists

What success looks like in this role: 

• Proven experience in performing services in your category 

• Confident in delivering top trending looks, staying knowledgeable on trending skincare ingredients and ability to story tell and take customers never ending discovery of scent

• Operations: Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard 

• Operations: Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus 

• Operations: Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes  

• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities 

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin 

• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your expertise to build your category 

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude 

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

• Conducting makeup application services from full glam to natural looks, skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials and helping our customers to find the best scent for them and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! 

• Be the go-to expert in-store for your category whether it be makeup, skin and fragrance; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! 

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store 

Requirement of the role 

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
