Job title: Area Sales Manager-Canada Region
Mission: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Area Manager to join our clients team in the Canada Region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, have technical knowledge, and a passion for sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and achieving the annual sales target.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management: Drive direct sales efforts and work with connections to generate leads. Close deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to target key areas and customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Travel: Travel extensively within the region (60% - 70% of the time), visiting customers and attending industry events. Ensure efficient travel planning to maximize customer visits.

Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to educate customers on product features and benefits. Provide technical support and guidance as needed.

CRM Management: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Technical degree preferred. Strong technical knowledge required, with an emphasis on the stone process being a plus.

Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in the industry. Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.

- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
