What You'll Do:
  • Business Partner to North American Sales leadership, collaborating on sales strategy, process optimization, forecasting, analysis etc. 
  • Responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting sales performance metrics.
  • Contributes to sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures.
  • Lead standardization of processes and tools and drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity.
  • Engaging with sales teams on guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and coaching.
  • Cross functional partner within the larger RevOps org with: System Admins, Marketing Ops, CS Operations, and Data Analytics. 

  • Who You Are:
  • 4/5 years of direct experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations role, preferably supporting Enterprise sales teams.
  • Experienced owning, implementing and driving rigor in sales forecasting processes at management and IC levels. 
  • Knowledge of core sales/GTM tools is essential (Gong, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo/Apollo etc)
  • You possess very strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and are comfortable to speak up/push back with leadership when needed.
  • You are a Salesforce expert, knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. 
  • You speak English fluently, French is a plus.
