Scope of the Role 

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business expansion efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of our coaching and mentorship program for influencers. You will work closely with our team to create and execute a content creation plan and act as the main point of contact between our clients and our internal team members. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and identifying opportunities for further growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

• Support the development and launch of coaching and mentorship programs.
• Collaborate with team members to create and implement content creation plans.
• Act as the right-hand person to the lead content creator, ensuring alignment and timely execution of tasks.

Client Interface & Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary communication link between clients and our internal team.
• Maintain and nourish client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
• Identify opportunities for further engagement and growth within the client base.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills. 
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other collaboration tools.
