This is a remote position.

Job Overview: 
As a Quality and Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for assessing existing practices, updating documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Job Description:
  • Follow internal audit schedule and existing policies and procedures to determine where there are gaps/improvements to be made in written documentation and or practices.
  • Review, update and develop National and State/Territory-based policies, procedures, and documentation, to reflect required changes to legislation, regulations and contractual requirements or as notified via our Continuous Improvement process.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to format documentation, as required.
  • Manage and maintain current Trainer and Assessor compliance documentation, including competency and currency matrices and professional development logs.
  • Conduct 'Quality Induction' to familiarize new staff with key policies and procedures.
