Agile Coach & Project Lead-Scrum Master(AU IT Services & Consulting, Homebased)

Employment Type: One (1) Year Contract

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading and coaching teams in SCRUM and SAFe frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale transformation programs.

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of project methodologies and their implementation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.

What will you do?

• Lead the agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance agile skills and knowledge within the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to align Agile practices with business objectives.
• Implement and continuously improve Agile project methodologies and practices.
• Provide hands-on support to teams in adopting and adapting Agile methods.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect and improve.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of Agile practices and transformations.
